After months of court appearances and multiple speculations about how the racial discrimination and injury claim will end, Jeremy Clarkson has finally come out and revealed to the public that he has already settled the claim with former BBC producer, Oisin Tymon.
Tymon original filed a $140,000 racial discrimination and injury claim against the ex Top Gear host and the network itself after a scuffle had ensued while they were filming an episode. The lead host of the highly popular motoring television show apparently punched him after a verbal altercation.
