Driver was four and a half times over the drink driving limit

The driver of a car which was involved in a collision which killed himself and another driver was four and a half times over the legal drink driving limit, an inquest has heard.

Kevin McClintock (32) of  Dundrean Park Galliagh, Derry and Orla O’Reilly (34) of Meadow Gate House, Carnamoyle, Muff died in a head-on collision at Killyverry, Newtowncunningham on November 13th, 2015.

The inquests into the deaths heard that Mr McClintock was the driver of a black Honda Civic driving from Letterkenny to Derry which was travelling at speed when it crossed the road and collided with the front ofMs O’Reilly’s Skoda Octavia.
